Yes. As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your billing and shipping details, your order number, and a summary of what you’ve chosen. Once your items have been created and shipped, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number and a summary of what’s on the way with an approximate delivery date. You’re kept in the loop from start to finish — no guessing, no wondering.

Shipping is calculated by weight in a simple tiered system. A few examples: Orders under 300g ship for $5.00 International orders between 3–5kg ship for $15.00 Your exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Nothing hidden, nothing unexpected — just transparent, weight‑based pricing.

Every piece is made to order, which means nothing is produced until you choose it. Production usually takes 3–6 days. Most orders arrive within 7–28 days. Shipping time depends on where the item is made and where it’s travelling to. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can check in whenever curiosity strikes.

Because every Divinit piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change‑of‑mind purchases. Each item is created specifically for you, which helps us reduce waste and honour the slow‑fashion process. That said, your experience matters — and if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, we’ll make it right. We happily replace or refund items that: arrive damaged or defective have printing errors or incorrect designs are the wrong item or size due to a fulfilment error To help us resolve it quickly, please send a clear photo of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. Tees & Hoodies Machine wash inside out on a cold to warm gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Avoid fabric softeners to extend the life of the print. Tumble dry low or hang dry for longest wear. Cool iron inside out if needed. Do not dry clean. Swimwear Rinse after each use. Hand wash cold with mild soap. Do not wring, bleach, or tumble dry. Shoes Air out for 1–2 days after arrival to release any glue scent. Spot clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing. Tote Bags Hand wash with mild soap. Hang dry.
